The c-ECO Fellowship is not an academic program. It is a 12-month applied formation system designed to move selected participants from doctrinal immersion to governed case mandate — producing trained analysts, architects, and practitioners of threshold governance instruments.

The c-ECO Fellowship is a formation system built around a live case. Every module produces a real output. Every output feeds into a governance instrument that is tested, reviewed, and — where conditions are met — submitted for institutional use.

The Fellowship operates through a structured progression. Each layer builds on the previous — access to higher layers is conditional on demonstrated output from the layer below.

The Fellowship does not admit credentials. It admits cases.
Case Viability Principle. Admission to the c-ECO Fellowship is determined by the viability of the applicant's proposed governance case — not by academic credentials, seniority, or institutional affiliation. The admissions process evaluates whether the proposed case presents: a real system under threshold pressure; a governance gap addressable through the c-ECO methodology; and an applicant with sufficient proximity to the case to produce valid outputs. A strong case with an unconventional applicant is admitted. A weak case with a strong credential is not.
Covers the full 8-week intensive formation, module access, technical review sessions, and issuance of c-ECO Fellowship certification. Fee is fixed per cohort; sliding scale applies for institutional partners.
Applicable only where the developed case meets institutional deployment threshold. License activates the resulting governance instrument for operational use. Fee is determined by case scope, sector, and deployment jurisdiction.
